Senior associate role in a specialist real estate team based in Eindhoven, advising on development projects, commercial property transactions and civil-law matters related to real estate. You will work in multidisciplinary teams with notaries and tax specialists to support developers, investors, builders and public-sector clients.

The role involves transactional work (including international transactions), drafting and negotiating leases and construction agreements, and handling litigation and advisory matters arising from commercial property developments.

The team offers structured professional development and exposure to a mix of national and cross-border mandates within a full-service legal environment.

Minimum 4 years’ post-qualification experience in real estate law, preferably within a development, construction or real estate transactions practice
Proven experience with development projects, commercial leasing and construction agreements
Excellent Dutch and English communication skills
Commercial mindset, proactive approach and strong client-facing skills
