Apply in confidence →Senior- or mid-junior associate opportunity in a busy litigation team focused on integrating artificial intelligence into day-to-day practice. The team is building innovative workflows that make AI a core tool for research, document review, drafting, and case strategy rather than a checkbox exercise.
The role involves working on fast-moving, complex matters across litigation tasks: drafting briefs and discovery, preparing for depositions and hearings, supervising document review, coordinating with experts, and running trainings and case staffing. You will be expected to deploy and refine AI-driven approaches to increase efficiency and quality while applying appropriate lawyer oversight.
Applications should include a resume, law school transcript, and a cover letter explaining your hands-on AI experience and concrete ideas for using AI in litigation work.
- Juris Doctor (JD) and 1–6 years of litigation experience.
- Demonstrable, hands-on proficiency with AI tools (regular use of large language models, AI-assisted legal research platforms, and document-review/ediscovery tools).
- Technical curiosity and AI literacy — track record of following model developments and assessing tool capabilities and limits.
- Sound judgment in supervising and verifying AI output; ability to identify errors and apply appropriate lawyer oversight.
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in fast-paced collaborative teams.
- Strong academic credentials and active bar membership in the office jurisdiction.
- Commitment to pro bono work.
