Apply in confidence →We are seeking a Litigation Practice Support Lawyer to partner with the firm’s litigation subgroups (Patent Litigation, IP & Complex Litigation, Securities Litigation and Employment Litigation). The role focuses on creating and maintaining model documents and templates, developing knowledge resources, driving AI and legal‑tech initiatives, and producing internal and external thought leadership and training materials.
This full‑time role is open across multiple U.S. offices (2–3 days in office per week typical) and reports to the Litigation Practice Group Director. The position will collaborate with attorneys, knowledge management, and innovation teams to pilot and implement tools that improve litigation workflows, discovery, drafting, and budgeting.
The ideal candidate has a J.D., at least 3 years of law firm litigation experience, strong drafting and training skills, and a demonstrated interest in applying AI and legal technology to practice workflows.
- J.D. required and active bar admission
- 3+ years of experience in a law firm litigation practice
- Strong legal drafting, research, and analytical skills
- Experience or interest in knowledge management, training, and legal technology (AI familiarity a plus)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project‑management skills
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver training/materials to diverse audiences
