Top-tier litigation team in New York is hiring a 1–6 year associate to join a growing practice focused on integrating artificial intelligence into litigation work. The role emphasizes hands-on, creative use of AI tools across research, document review, motion practice, and courtroom preparation.

You'll work on fast-moving, complex matters, collaborating with litigation partners and teams to design and deploy AI-driven workflows, manage discovery and document review, prepare pleadings and briefs, attend hearings and depositions, and contribute to team training. Juris Doctor and 1–6 years of litigation experience.
Daily, practical experience using AI tools and large language models (e.g., LLMs, AI-assisted research and review platforms) and demonstrated AI literacy.
Ability to assess AI output critically, apply appropriate lawyer oversight, and develop trustworthy AI workflows.
Strong written and oral advocacy, attention to detail, and ability to manage teams and case budgets.
Strong academic record and active bar membership in the hiring office jurisdiction.
