Top-tier litigation team in San Francisco seeks a junior-to-midlevel associate (1–6 years) to join a growing practice focused on integrating artificial intelligence into litigation work. The role emphasizes hands-on, creative use of AI across legal tasks rather than superficial or checklist use.

Successful candidates will deploy AI tools for research, document review, drafting, case strategy, and workflow automation, and will help shape firm-wide AI practices and training. Work includes depositions, motion practice, discovery strategy and management, court appearances, expert interaction, and pro bono matters.

Juris Doctor (JD) and 1–6 years litigation experience
Active membership in the bar of the San Francisco (home office) jurisdiction
Demonstrated, hands-on proficiency with AI tools and large language models; daily use of AI-assisted legal research and document review platforms
Technical curiosity and ability to evaluate model capabilities and limits; sound judgment about when to verify AI output
Strong academic credentials, excellent written and oral communication, and comfort working in fast-paced teams
Commitment to pro bono practice
