Antitrust Associate (Mid-Level) — Washington, D.C.

Mid-level antitrust associate role on a national antitrust & competition team based in Washington, D.C. The role involves handling complex antitrust litigation, parallel government investigations, and merger reviews, with regular opportunities for client-facing work.

Day-to-day duties include defending clients in high-stakes matters (including multi‑district proceedings), representing clients before federal and state enforcement agencies, and providing strategic counseling on distribution practices, competitive collaborations, non‑competes, and other antitrust risk areas. The role also includes developing and delivering compliance programs and trainings for senior executives and boards.

The team seeks an associate who can manage matters with autonomy, exercise sound business judgment, and contribute in a collaborative environment with meaningful responsibility and a clear path for career growth.

• Minimum 3 years of substantive antitrust experience (litigation, investigations, or counseling).
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills; proven litigation and advocacy experience.
• Experience engaging with federal and state enforcers (e.g., FTC, DOJ) preferred.
• Ability to manage matters independently, advise clients strategically, and deliver trainings to senior audiences.
