Antitrust Associate — New York or Washington, D.C.

Top-tier antitrust group is seeking an associate with 1–3 years' experience to join its Antitrust & Competition practice in New York or Washington, D.C. You'll work on investigations, enforcement matters, and high‑stakes private litigation, and support merger review and regulatory strategy across cross‑border matters.

The role offers exposure to complex issues including monopolization, merger challenges, cartel matters, and counseling on compliance and risk management for clients in technology, AI, life sciences and energy sectors. You will draft pleadings, support discovery and motion practice, and collaborate with partners on trial-ready litigation and regulatory submissions.

• 1–3 years of antitrust experience (litigation, regulatory, or government investigations)
• Admission to the New York and/or D.C. bar
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Prior clerkship or DOJ/FTC experience preferred
• Interest or experience in merger reviews, civil antitrust litigation, cartel matters, and technology‑sector competition issues
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively on teams
