Antitrust Associate — Washington, D.C.

Top-tier national law firm is seeking an associate to join its Antitrust & Competition team in the Washington, D.C. office. The role offers substantial exposure to federal and state antitrust matters, including DOJ and FTC investigations, civil and class-action litigation, counseling, and antitrust review for M&A transactions.

Ideal candidates will work collaboratively on matters for national and international clients and will join a growing, team-oriented practice. The firm maintains a hybrid in-office policy that emphasizes in-person collaboration while supporting flexibility.

• 2–4 years of post-qualifying legal experience in antitrust (law firm or government); class years 2021–2023
• Experience with DOJ and/or FTC investigations strongly preferred; M&A/merger-clearance and HSR experience a plus
• Litigation experience (depositions, motion practice, or oral argument) advantageous
• Excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, attention to detail
• Active membership in the Washington, D.C. bar
