Antitrust Associate — Washington, DC (3–5 PQE)

Washington, DC office of a leading international law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join its Antitrust & Competition team. The role focuses on merger-control work and civil and/or criminal antitrust matters for sophisticated domestic and cross-border matters.

Ideal candidates will have strong academic credentials, demonstrated litigation and/or transactional antitrust experience, and the ability to work collaboratively on high‑stakes, time-sensitive matters. The team offers exposure to complex pre‑merger notification work and contentious enforcement proceedings.

• 3–5 years post‑qualification experience in antitrust law
• Experience with pre‑merger notification (Hart‑Scott‑Rodino or equivalent) and civil and/or criminal antitrust litigation
• Admission to the D.C. bar (or eligible for admission)
• Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage deadlines on high‑volume, high‑profile matters and work effectively in teams
