Antitrust & Competition Associate — Washington, DC

Leading national practice is seeking antitrust associates to join its Antitrust & Competition team in Washington, DC (with opportunities across offices including New York). The role suits associates with recent law-firm antitrust experience or prior government experience at the DOJ Antitrust Division or the FTC Bureau of Competition.

Successful candidates will work on merger review, cartel and conduct matters, investigations and related counseling for corporate clients across industries. The team handles both litigation and transactional antitrust matters in a high‑profile, collaborative environment.

• Class years 2018–2023 or equivalent experience; applications from current Special Counsel also welcomed
• Prior antitrust experience at a law firm and/or DOJ Antitrust Division or FTC Bureau of Competition
• Strong academic record and demonstrable research and writing skills in competition matters
• Admission or eligibility to be admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (DC or NY preferred)
