Apply in confidence →Seeking a 6th–8th year antitrust litigation associate to join a nationally recognized Antitrust & Competition practice. The role involves handling high‑stakes civil antitrust litigation and government enforcement matters, including discovery management, drafting pretrial motions, and coordinating complex case strategy.
Candidates may be based in Washington, D.C.; other U.S. office locations will be considered. Experience representing clients in federal and state court and before enforcement agencies (e.g., DOJ, FTC) is required. Prior federal clerkship and/or a background in economics or related fields is preferred.
The firm expects a salary range of $390,000–$435,000 for this level; actual compensation will depend on experience and other factors. Applicants should be (or be eligible to be) admitted to the bar in their office jurisdiction.
- 6–8 years post‑qualification experience in antitrust and competition law or civil antitrust litigation
- Experience with government and internal investigations and representing clients before enforcement agencies
- Proven litigation skills: discovery management, drafting pretrial motions, and case management in complex matters
- Admission (or eligibility for admission) to the bar in the office jurisdiction
- Preferred: federal clerkship and/or academic or professional background in economics or related subjects
