Senior appellate role within a national insurance litigation practice in Miami, focused on defending insurers in high‑stakes disputes, bad‑faith litigation and insurance class actions across first‑ and third‑party lines (general liability, property & casualty, D&O, professional and life insurance).

Work will involve reviewing trial records, conducting complex legal research and analysis, drafting memoranda and appellate briefs, and supporting trial teams on novel or sensitive matters.
