Appellate Litigation Associate — Washington, D.C.

Seeking a mid-level appellate litigation associate to join a busy appellate practice in the Washington, D.C. office. The role involves drafting briefs, conducting legal research, and supporting oral argument preparation across federal and state matters.

Ideal candidates will have strong writing and analytical skills, excellent academic credentials, and prior appellate experience. A federal appellate judicial clerkship is strongly preferred.

Compensation range provided by the hiring firm: $310,000 - $435,000.

• 5+ years post-qualification experience in appellate litigation
• Strong law school record and demonstrated writing ability
