Short‑term legal consultant role supporting corporate and transactional work in the UAE. Typical assignments are based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai and are full‑time for around six months, with some opportunities for flexible or hybrid working depending on client needs.

The role sits within an established international law‑firm consultancy platform and will involve working on corporate matters and client‑facing projects, including secondments in‑house or on practice support during peak periods. Consultants receive practical support, access to training resources and mentoring while on assignment.

Minimum 5 years' post‑qualification experience (PQE) at a top‑tier law firm
Fluent Arabic and strong English drafting/advocacy skills
Valid practising certificate or equivalent permitting legal practice
Consultancy mindset — adaptable, resilient and comfortable with client‑facing or secondment roles
Willingness to work on‑site in Abu Dhabi or Dubai as required
