Asbestos Litigation Attorney — Mass Tort & Product Liability

National law firm is seeking an Asbestos Litigation Attorney to join its virtual team supporting the Complex Torts / Mass Tort group. This is a remote-aligned role; candidates must reside in South Carolina and will work with attorneys across the firm’s mass tort practice.

The role involves handling asbestos-specific matters at all stages of litigation, including depositions, brief writing, and court appearances. The firm emphasizes collaborative, client-focused work and seeks candidates who are proactive, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities under pressure.

• Minimum 2 years of asbestos-specific litigation experience, including depositions, brief drafting, and court appearances
• Active bar license and residency in South Carolina
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters, exercise sound judgment, and communicate legal strategy clearly
• Strong academic credentials and excellent interpersonal skills
