Bad Faith & Insurance Coverage Attorney — Las Vegas

Seeking an associate to join a busy insurance bad‑faith and coverage practice in Las Vegas. The role focuses on defense-side representation of national insurers and offers regular courtroom and motion work within a full‑service AmLaw 100 practice.

Day‑to‑day work includes analyzing pre‑litigation records, drafting pleadings, managing discovery, motion practice, and taking/defending depositions. Strong legal research and concise written advocacy are essential.

The team values curiosity, thoughtful analysis, hard work, and strong interpersonal skills. Nevada Bar admission is required.

• 1–7 years post‑qualification experience in civil litigation, preferably with insurance bad‑faith exposure
• Admission to the Nevada Bar required
• Demonstrable experience drafting answers, discovery production and responses, and motion practice
• Experience taking and defending depositions
• Excellent legal research, writing, and client‑facing communication skills
