Law & Motion Associate Attorney — Litigation — Las Vegas

Seeking a Law & Motion associate to join a busy litigation team in Las Vegas. The role focuses on drafting, filing, and arguing substantive motions (including motions to dismiss and for summary judgment), preparing oppositions, and supporting related appellate work in state and federal courts.

Ideal candidates will have strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, the ability to manage deadlines in a high-volume practice, and proficiency with legal research platforms. Position requires admission to the Nevada Bar.

• Admission to the Nevada Bar
• 1–7 years of litigation experience with demonstrated motion practice (drafting motions, oppositions, summary judgment practice)
• Experience in both state and federal court practice preferred
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills; proficiency with legal research tools
