A full-service AmLaw 100 firm is seeking an attorney to join its Construction Litigation Practice in Las Vegas. The role involves representing defendants in construction defect and insurance defense matters, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.

The national construction litigation group comprises nearly 80 attorneys who handle significant exposure cases, including complex litigation, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death claims for insured and self-insured clients. The team includes seasoned trial attorneys with broad experience and notable recognition.

1–7 years of experience in insurance defense litigation
Experience in case management, motion practice, and discovery
Experience handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
Construction defect experience preferred
Admission to the Nevada Bar required
