Construction Defect Attorney — Construction Litigation, Los Angeles

Leading national law firm is seeking a construction litigation attorney to join its Los Angeles office construction-defect team. The role focuses on insurance-defense litigation for construction and property-related matters, including catastrophic injury and wrongful-death cases.

You'll handle all phases of litigation: case management, discovery and motion practice, hearings, depositions, arbitrations and trials. The team is large and trial-focused, providing mentoring and opportunities to work on complex, high-exposure matters.

• 1–15 years' litigation experience (construction defect or insurance defence preferred)
• Admission to the California Bar required
• Proven experience with case management, discovery and motion practice
• Comfort handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations and trials
• Strong legal research, drafting and advocacy skills
