Asset-Backed Finance Associate — Washington, D.C.

Experienced associate role on a national asset-backed and structured finance team based in Washington, D.C. You will advise on asset-backed finance, securitization and related structured lending transactions for borrowers and lenders, participating across documentation, negotiation and execution.

The team handles a range of structured finance matters including warehouse facilities and asset-based lending; strong drafting and deal-lead experience on credit agreements and financing documentation is valued. The role may be based in any of the firm's U.S. offices and requires admission and good standing in the hiring jurisdiction.

• 3–6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in asset-backed/structured finance or asset-based lending
• Experience advising borrowers and/or lenders on securitizations, warehouse facilities and related credit structures

• Admission and good standing to practice law in the jurisdiction of hire
