Join a national asset finance team advising on complex domestic and international asset finance and leasing transactions for banks, alternative funders and corporate borrowers. The role offers exposure to a wide range of asset types including rolling stock, aviation, marine, commercial vehicles, energy plant, telecoms and IT hardware.

You will be part of a collaborative, cross-office team working on high-value matters and have the chance to work with specialists across finance and projects. There are clear training and development programmes, mentorship and regular opportunities to take responsibility for client work and business development.

Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in asset finance.
Experience advising lenders and/or borrowers on operating and finance leasing, receivables, vendor finance and related debt-structuring.
Strong commercial judgment, client-care skills and ability to manage complex transactions across disciplines.
Confident working in a collaborative, cross-office team and appetite to support business development and formal development programmes.
