Join a global agency finance group that advises development finance institutions, multilateral agencies, regional development banks and export credit agencies on complex cross-border financing for infrastructure and energy projects. The team routinely handles project and corporate financings, loan participations, political risk insurance, refinancings and workouts across emerging markets.

This role is suited to a junior-to-mid-level attorney with an interest in structured and project finance who wants increased deal responsibility on cross-border matters. The group works across sectors including energy (conventional and renewable), transportation and telecom, and operates frequently in multiple languages.

Junior to mid-level associate with experience in project, structured or corporate finance at a domestic or international law firm
Experience advising development finance institutions, multilaterals, banks or export credit agencies preferred
Practical experience on cross-border infrastructure or energy financings and related documentation
Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese and/or French is a plus
Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. state or eligible for bar admission/waiver
