Top-tier global antitrust practice seeks an associate with litigation and/or merger-control experience to join a busy U.S. team based in Redwood City. The group handles complex merger clearance work, Second Requests and Phase II proceedings, high-stakes civil and administrative litigation, and government investigations.

Successful candidates will work on cross-border matters alongside experienced trial lawyers and regulatory practitioners, contributing to investigation response, discovery and motion practice, and transactional review/clearance strategy. The team offers substantive antitrust exposure across enforcement, litigation and transactional work.

Minimum of 2 years' PQE in antitrust litigation, merger control, or related enforcement work (typically 2–7 years preferred).
Strong legal research and written advocacy skills; experience drafting briefs, memos, and regulatory filings.
Familiarity with U.S. antitrust enforcement processes (Second Requests, DOJ/FTC practice) and/or EU merger-control procedures preferred.
Ability to work on cross-border matters, manage document review and discovery, and collaborate with senior litigators and regulatory specialists.
