Seeking an appellate-focused associate to join a busy litigation team in Miami. The role supports appellate matters and trial-record analysis across a broad range of civil practice areas handled by a national appellate practice.

Day-to-day work includes evaluating trial records, drafting and editing appellate briefs and petitions, conducting detailed legal research, framing issues under applicable standards of review, and preparing for or presenting oral argument when needed.

2–15 years of appellate experience in civil matters (state and federal)
Admission to the Florida Bar
Strong appellate writing, editing, and legal-research skills
Experience evaluating trial records and framing issues under appellate standards of review; oral-argument experience preferred
