Growing Global Finance team in Chicago seeks an associate to work on asset‑based lending (ABL) and leveraged finance matters for bank and non‑bank clients. The role involves representing lenders and borrowers on ABL, direct lending, syndicated financings and fund finance transactions.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating financing documents and taking a lead role in execution of transactions. Strong sponsor/LBO finance experience is preferred.

Candidates must be admitted or eligible for admission to the Illinois bar.

Minimum ~3 years’ transactional experience in commercial lending (ABL and/or leveraged finance)
Experience representing lenders or borrowers on ABL, direct lending, syndicated financings or fund finance
Prefer strong sponsor/LBO finance experience
Skilled at drafting and negotiating financing documentation and managing transaction execution
Admitted or eligible for admission to the Illinois bar
