Join a specialist asset finance team in Miami focused on structured and asset-backed financings, with a strong emphasis on aircraft finance and leasing. The group works on cross-border transactions and partners closely with M&A, capital markets, restructuring and regulatory colleagues to deliver multidisciplinary solutions.

The role is for a junior associate who will draft, negotiate and manage documentation for credit facilities, syndicated loans, equipment leases, security packages and related transactional documents. You will support deal execution from drafting through closing and liaise with commercial, risk and technical teams to ensure documentation reflects the commercial and operational realities of financed assets.

The team seeks commercially minded candidates with excellent drafting, project-management and interpersonal skills, comfortable working on multiple matters in a fast-paced environment and keen to develop a niche in aircraft/asset finance.

2+ years’ experience in aircraft finance and leasing or related asset finance work
Juris Doctor (or foreign equivalent) and admission to the Florida Bar or ability to obtain admission
Strong drafting, analytical and project-management skills; commercial awareness
Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
Fluency in English; Spanish strongly preferred
