Associate — Asset Management (Funds), London

Mid-level associate opportunity within a top-tier Asset Management (Funds) practice in London. The team advises on fund formations and asset management structures across private equity, credit, real estate, infrastructure, secondaries and related strategies.

The role involves structuring and documenting fund products, coordinating cross-jurisdictional implementation, and working closely with senior lawyers on complex fund transactions. The team seeks candidates used to high-quality, transactional fund work at major law firms.

• 3–6 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in fund formation/asset management or equivalent transactional fund work
• Solid drafting and documentation experience for fund agreements and investor-facing documents
• Experience across private equity, real estate, credit or infrastructure funds preferred
• Strong commercial awareness, ability to manage multiple matters, and effective client-facing communication
