Busy litigation group seeks a litigation associate to handle condo and co-op property-damage matters from the firm's Westchester office. The role focuses on defending condominium and cooperative boards in inter-building disputes and alleged breaches of governance and fiduciary duties.

Responsibilities include managing all phases of litigation: drafting and responding to pleadings, conducting legal research and analysis, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy. The position is hybrid and comes with a standard benefits package.

  • 1–7 years of litigation experience, with experience defending condominium and co‑op boards preferred
  • Admission to the New York Bar required
  • Strong legal writing, analytical, research, and oral advocacy skills
  • Experience with motion practice and managing litigation cases through trial
