Associate, Litigation — New York

Growing litigation team in New York seeks a 3rd–4th year associate to handle full-spectrum commercial litigation matters. The role involves managing discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, preparing witnesses, supporting trial work, and contributing to client service and case strategy.

The group looks for candidates with strong research, writing, advocacy, and interpersonal skills who can work efficiently under pressure and help develop their practice. This is an opportunity to join a busy, client-facing litigation practice with exposure to complex commercial disputes.

• 3–4 years of litigation experience (PQE) with commercial litigation and e-discovery exposure
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school and membership in the New York State Bar in good standing
• Proven experience with discovery, drafting complaints/answers, motions and briefs, and deposition preparation
• Strong academic record, excellent research and writing skills, and ability to manage matters and meet deadlines
