Mid-Level Associate — Antitrust & Competition

Seeking a mid-level antitrust associate to join a national practice with a focus on transactional and litigation work. The role emphasizes merger-related counseling, HSR analysis and filings, and handling second requests, alongside courtroom and trial-ready litigation experience.

The position is based primarily in New York with flexibility to consider candidates in Washington, D.C. Candidates must be admitted to practice in New York or Washington, D.C.

• 4-6 years of antitrust experience (transactional and/or litigation)
• Experience with HSR filings, merger counseling, and management of second requests
• Litigation and trial experience preferred
• Admission to practice in New York or Washington, D.C.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and client-counseling skills
