A leading global law firm is seeking experienced mergers & acquisitions attorneys at the third- to seventh-year level to join its corporate practice. The group advises clients with sophisticated needs on a wide range of M&A transactions across multiple offices.

You will take on meaningful responsibility across the full deal lifecycle — drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents, managing the deal process and client relationships, and overseeing junior associates. Day-to-day workflow management and direct client interaction are central to the role.

Candidates should bring strong M&A skills, a demonstrated ability to supervise more junior colleagues, and a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school. A comprehensive benefits package and generous parental leave are offered.

3–7 years of mergers & acquisitions experience
