We are seeking a Consumer Finance Litigation Associate with 6–10 years of relevant experience to join our national Financial Services & Capital Markets practice. This role offers flexibility across multiple offices, including a virtual office option, and is open to candidates licensed in various states, with a preference for those residing in CA, FL, NJ, NY, or OH.

The successful candidate will defend financial services companies in state and federal court matters, with a strong working knowledge of FCRA, FDCPA, RESPA, and other consumer protection statutes. Experience representing mortgage servicers or originators in contested foreclosures, quiet title actions, title disputes, and related claims is highly desirable.

We are looking for a proactive, dynamic professional with excellent academic credentials, superior interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and articulate clear legal strategies. An active bar license in the state of the office you apply to (or a commitment to obtain one promptly) is required.
