Our client is a leading Am Law 100 firm seeking a mid-level associate with 2-4 years of securities and capital markets experience to join its corporate practice in Boston or New York. The role involves representing issuers and underwriters/placement agents in '33 Act transactions and advising public companies on '34 Act filings, compliance, and corporate governance matters.

Candidates should be able to provide efficient legal service independently and as part of a team, integrate quickly into a robust national corporate practice, and demonstrate commitment to high-quality client service and professional development on a partnership track. Strong academic credentials, critical reasoning skills, and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts are required.

This position requires working from the office approximately 60% of the time, consistent with firm guidelines.

JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
Admitted or eligible for admission in Massachusetts or New York
2-4 years of capital markets experience representing issuers and underwriters/placement agents in '33 Act transactions, and public companies in '34 Act filings, compliance, and corporate governance
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Professionalism in client and colleague interactions
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and balance competing responsibilities
Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
