A premier international law firm is seeking a mid-level to senior associate to join its structured finance practice in New York. The group handles sophisticated, diversified work for large-scale banks, asset managers and investors across complex financing transactions.

The role centers on drafting and revising principal documents for CLO transactions and bespoke structured financings and securitizations, including 144A and 4(a)(2) securitizations, warehouse financings and other complex financing matters. Candidates with CLO experience are of particular interest.

Minimum of several years of experience drafting and revising principal documents for CLO transactions and/or bespoke structured financings and securitizations
Experience with 144A and 4(a)(2) securitizations, warehouse financings and other complex financing transactions
CLO experience strongly preferred
Active member of the New York bar
