An opportunity has arisen for an associate to join a market-leading Infrastructure, Energy, Resources and Projects practice in New York. The team advises sponsors, developers, lenders and investors on complex energy and infrastructure transactions across the United States and internationally.

The role spans the full project lifecycle, from structuring and development through financing and delivery, with exposure to conventional and renewable power, midstream and downstream energy assets, and large-scale infrastructure projects.

You will work as part of an integrated, cross-disciplinary team on high-value mandates, gaining direct client contact and meaningful responsibility early on. The firm offers a collaborative culture and a strong platform for professional development.

Experience in project development, project finance or energy and infrastructure transactions
Strong drafting, analytical and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced deal environment
Excellent academic credentials and a client-focused approach
Admission to the New York Bar (or eligibility to practice)
