A highly regarded law firm is seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel to join its Corporate Debt team, focusing on fund finance and debt financing. The role involves significant fund finance work, including NAV and other fund-related credit facilities, secured and unsecured financings, syndicated lending, acquisition financings, asset-based credit facilities, and other commercial finance matters.

The ideal candidate will have experience representing private equity and alternative asset funds, portfolio companies, borrowers, banks, and other commercial lenders. This position offers direct client contact and requires business development acumen, making it suitable for an entrepreneurial and interpersonal-skilled lawyer.

The role is open across multiple offices, including Charlotte, Dallas, Los Angeles, and New York. The firm is accepting applications from all sources and values a diverse pool of candidates.

8+ years of experience in fund finance and debt financing
Significant experience with NAV and other fund-related credit facilities
Experience in secured and unsecured financings, syndicated lending, acquisition financings, asset-based credit facilities, and other commercial finance matters
Preferred experience representing private equity and alternative asset funds, portfolio companies, borrowers, banks, and other commercial lenders
Entrepreneurial spirit and solid interpersonal skills
