Our Real Estate practice is expanding, and we are seeking several associates with 3-5 years of experience to join our Dallas office. The role involves general real estate transactions, including purchase and sale, joint venture, and financing matters.

Ideal candidates will have immediately transferable skills, strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized law schools, and prior experience at a large or mid-sized law firm. You will work on complex transactions from inception to resolution, collaborate with a team of lawyers and business professionals, and build strong client relationships while demonstrating sound judgment.

3-5 years of experience in general real estate transactions, including purchase and sale, joint venture, and financing.
Immediately transferable skills and a strong academic background from a nationally recognized law school.
Prior experience at a large or mid-sized law firm.
Admitted to practice in the state of Texas.
Excellent written and verbal communication, strong research and analytical skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
