Seeking an associate to join a national insurance-coverage team in the Phoenix office. The role focuses on analyzing insurance policies, preparing coverage opinions, and defending insurers in first-party property and general liability matters.

Responsibilities include managing coverage disputes, participating in declaratory-relief litigation and alternative dispute resolution, taking depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and providing written opinions and coverage advice. The team handles matters across state and federal courts and works with insurers, reinsurers, and insurance-related entities.

1–7 years of litigation experience with emphasis on insurance coverage or related civil litigation
Experience preparing coverage opinions and handling first-party property and general liability coverage issues
Proven litigation skills — depositions, court appearances, motion practice, strong legal research and writing
