Seeking a mid-level associate to join a global banking & finance team in Singapore with a focus on aviation finance. The role offers exposure to cross-border aircraft, leasing and financing transactions, plus related shipping and offshore financing matters.

The team acts for airlines, lessors, lenders and export-credit stakeholders on complex, multi-jurisdictional mandates. This is a hands-on role for a candidate with strong technical aviation finance experience, excellent drafting ability and a collaborative approach.

Qualified lawyer with 4+ years' PQE (UK-equivalent). Admission in Singapore, England & Wales or equivalent common-law jurisdiction.
Prior experience in aviation finance, aircraft leasing/sales and related financing is mandatory.
Strong legal drafting, commercial judgment and case/transaction management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure as part of a multi-jurisdictional team.
