Leading international firm seeks an Associate for its Banking & Finance practice in Berlin with the possibility to work from Frankfurt. The role focuses on advising lenders, borrowers and sponsors on domestic and cross-border financings and the related security structures.

Day-to-day work includes drafting and negotiating financing documentation in German and English, coordinating with clients and other practice groups, and collaborating with foreign offices on cross-border aspects. The team handles complex, innovative financing matters in an international environment.

German legal degree with very good academic results
Excellent written and spoken English
Interest or experience in banking/finance transactions and security structures
