High-growth opportunity for an experienced banking & finance associate to join a leading international practice. You will work on a mix of finance transactions, structured finance and cross‑border restructuring matters, supporting high‑profile mandates and collaborating with regional teams.

The role requires commercial judgement, strong project-management skills and the ability to handle competing priorities under tight deadlines. You will contribute to transactional workstreams and related litigation or dispute matters as required, gaining exposure to clients across financial services, energy, infrastructure and other sectors.

3–4 years post‑qualification experience in banking & finance transactions, including structured finance and cross‑border restructurings
Qualified in Ukraine with a law degree from a reputable university
Excellent written and spoken English and Ukrainian
Strong commercial awareness, time management and ability to work independently and in teams
