Join a well-regarded Brussels banking & finance team as a Junior/Medior Associate working on a broad transactional and regulatory finance practice. The role covers international structured finance, real-estate finance, project and acquisition finance, securitisations and capital markets, alongside regulatory matters including sustainable and digital finance.

You will work in a collaborative, international environment on diverse national and cross-border mandates, with opportunities to coordinate with other practice groups and offices. The team offers a structured framework for professional development and exposure to sophisticated finance transactions and regulatory advisory work.

Master’s degree in Belgian law with a strong academic record
1–4 years’ experience in transactional finance at a Belgian law firm
Excellent oral and written Dutch or French; good passive knowledge of the other national language; excellent English
Proactive, result-driven team player with strong analytical and pragmatic problem-solving skills
