Join a dynamic banking & finance team in Luxembourg focused on capital markets transactions. The role involves work across capital markets matters such as securities offerings, bond issues, securitisations and related financing structures, with opportunities to work on both domestic and cross-border matters.

The team offers a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment with training, secondment opportunities and a hybrid working model. This position is suited to a candidate who wants hands-on transactional experience and scope to develop commercially-focused capital markets skills.

Approximately 2 years' PQE in Banking & Finance / Capital Markets
Law degree (UE) required; LL.M. or equivalent in Banking & Finance is an advantage
Prior Luxembourg law firm experience preferred
Strong drafting, analytical and interpersonal skills; able to work autonomously and in teams
Very good command of English
