International law firm seeking Associates (Rechtsanwalt/Reg. Anwalt, m/w/d) for its Banking practice in Frankfurt. The role involves advising on complex national and cross-border financings, bespoke debt structures and secured lending across corporate, real estate, project and export finance.

Work will include syndicated and bilateral loans, acquisition and corporate finance, security package design and infrastructure/project financings. The team advises on transactions with legal and tax considerations and offers regular exposure to international mandates and multijurisdictional clients.

Qualified German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt/ -anwältin) or comparable qualification
Strong academic record and excellent legal research and drafting skills
