Join a busy Banking & Finance team in Glasgow working on a broad range of finance matters, with a particular emphasis on corporate lending and real estate finance. The role involves acting for lenders (including banks, insurers and debt funds) and borrowers on domestic and cross-border transactions.

You will collaborate with colleagues across multiple UK offices and an international network, working on cross-office and cross-border matters. The role is hybrid and offers structured learning, access to precedents and know‑how, and opportunities to get involved in marketing and business development.

2–5 years' post-qualification experience in banking/finance matters (Scots and/or English law candidates considered)
Broad knowledge of corporate banking and real estate finance gained in private practice
Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills; able to work effectively in teams and use initiative
Interest in business development and client relationship building; adaptable to change and comfortable with legal technology
