Join a global banking and private credit practice based in Hamburg advising banks, private credit funds, sponsors and corporates on acquisition finance, leveraged and syndicated financings, asset-based lending and related capital-structure matters.

The role offers early responsibility on complex cross-border transactions, work in international and multidisciplinary teams, and exposure to both syndicated and private credit markets. The team emphasizes creative structuring, market-leading execution and collaboration across jurisdictions.

Qualified in Germany (two fully satisfactory state examinations)
Fluent English; German language skills expected
Strong analytical ability and commercial, entrepreneurial mindset
