A national Banking & Finance team is hiring an Associate (2–4 years PQE) to be based in Leeds. The role offers exposure to a broad mix of domestic and cross-border banking work across corporate/leveraged finance and real estate finance, working for banks, private equity sponsors, funds and corporates.

You will join a collaborative, non-hierarchical team that regularly works alongside specialist colleagues across corporate, tax, real estate and restructuring, and on matters instructed by major domestic and international lenders. The role includes transactional drafting, client-facing execution, and opportunities to support business development, knowledge management and training activities.

2–4 years PQE in banking/finance (corporate/leveraged finance, real estate finance or related transactional practice)
Experience on bilateral, syndicated or structured lending transactions and ability to draft and negotiate transaction documentation
Strong commercial awareness, client service skills and ability to work in a collaborative team across practice areas
Motivated to engage in business development and contribute to training/knowledge management
