Join a growing Banking & Finance team in Manchester advising lender and borrower clients across general corporate lending, real estate finance and renewables finance. The team handles work ranging from bilateral lending to larger syndicated and cross‑border transactions and is supported by specialist colleagues in restructuring, property and employment.

Day‑to‑day you will manage your own matters, support senior lawyers on more complex financings, collaborate with colleagues across offices and contribute to business development. The role offers exposure to bank, challenger and fund lender instructions as well as corporate borrower work across investment and non‑investment grade deals.

Qualified Solicitor with approximately 2–4 years' PQE in banking & finance.
Experience acting on lender and/or borrower side of corporate, real estate or project finance matters.
Strong legal drafting, commercial awareness, and case/project management skills.
Team player with good communication skills and an appetite for business development.
