3–5 years’ post-qualification experience in financial services or corporate practice at a leading law firm.
Experience on syndicated lending, asset-based lending, securitization, project finance and/or derivatives transactions (domestic and cross-border).
Strong drafting and communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage matters in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent academic credentials and a commitment to professional development.
