Associate – Banking, London (3-4 PQE)

Join a well-regarded City of London banking team as an Associate (3-4 PQE). The team advises on a broad range of financing transactions for lenders and borrowers, with a strong focus on real estate finance alongside corporate and private client matters.

You will manage a varied pipeline of deals, draft bespoke facility documentation, act as a day-to-day client contact and help project-manage transactions from the banking side. The practice is small and collaborative, offering close partner contact and significant client exposure to support your development.

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with c.3–4 years' post-qualification experience.
• Demonstrable experience in banking and real estate finance transactions, including drafting and negotiating facilities and security documentation.
• Comfort acting for both lenders and borrowers and managing client relationships on live matters.
• Strong commercial judgement, attention to detail and good written and oral communication skills.
