Join a global law firm’s growing Leveraged Finance team in Munich, advising lenders, debt funds and private equity investors across the full lifecycle of mid‑market financing transactions. The role involves drafting and negotiating financing documentation, advising on financing structure and strategy, coordinating cross‑border teams and external advisers, and supporting deal execution.

The team works on international and domestic leveraged and acquisition financings and offers close collaboration with colleagues in Frankfurt and other jurisdictions. The firm emphasises professional development, international secondments and an inclusive, collegiate culture.

German legal qualifications (two fully satisfactory Staatsexamen)
Strong English language skills; excellent drafting and communication abilities
Sound commercial awareness and ability to manage transaction processes
Team player; ideally some international experience or exposure to cross‑border deals
LL.M. or doctorate from an English‑language jurisdiction is a plus but not required
